Summerfield Residents:

Due to the economic downturn and our need to cut back on big item expenses, Summerfield Homeowner's Association will discontinue services with Windermere Property Management effective May 7, 2009. We will be self-managed once again.

Starting immediately, please forward your 2009 HOA due to the Summerfield mailing address at P.O. Box 59744, Renton, WA. 98058. If you had already sent it to Windermere Property Management, no worries as it will get forwarded to us. Also moving forward, please send any questions, issues, concerns, and comments to the Summerfield HOA e-mail address or our mailing address.

Thank you in advance for your patience as we go through this brief transition period with Windermere.
