ANNOUNCEMENTS

Dear Homeowners:

This notice is to inform you of our CCRs merger and consolidation voting results. The final tally from our Special Meeting held on Tuesday, February 23rd resulted in the 75% of votes needed from Valley Faire I and 75% of votes needed from Valley Faire III to go forward with our merger and consolidation efforts. We will be submitting the official paperwork to the State. We will provide additional communications as we receive them.

On behalf of the Summerfield HOA Board members, we would like to thank you for your support. This is truly an historical achievement and a step in the right direction for our community. Congratulations to all!

Sincerely,

Board of Directors
Summerfield Homeowner's Association

Annual Picnic

This year we are starting the picnic off with our 1st Annual Neighborhood Fun Run. We will begin in the first cul-de-sac on the left as you drive into the neighborhood (SE 156th St.), at 4:00pm. The race will start at 4:15. Kids will run the length of the neighborhood to the picnic cul-de-sac, 157th Ct SE. All kids (young and old) are invited to run. We will need a few volunteers to keep the street safe.

Your HOA will provide the Hot Dogs and Hamburgers. We ask that you bring lawn chairs, plates and utensils, your choice of drinks, and a dish as follows:

Last Names A - L Desserts

Last Names M - Z Side Dish

We will end the picnic with a challenging game of "Minute to Win it!" There will be prizes for participants who can complete the task in under a minute.

Please respond to this evite with what you will be bringing to share with your neighbors. Also let us know if you are able to volunteer to cook the hotdogs or help with the kids run.

Thank you!
