Join us for our third annual neighborhood garage sale. Your HOA will take care of the signs and advertising; you just put your things out and make some extra cash. This is a great way to do some spring cleaning and make some extra money! Please let us know if you want to be included, so we can let the public know how many homes will be participating. email us at board@summerfieldhoa.org

Our neighborhood picnic will be Saturday, June 23rd, in the South West cul-de-sac @ 4:00pm. Your HOA will provide the Hot Dogs and Hamburgers. We ask that you bring lawn chairs, plates and utensils, your choice of drinks, and a dish as follows:
